WHEN WILL MY ITEMS BE SHIPPED?

We ship as soon as possible(DAY OF/NEXT DAY)1 day for processing and 1-5 days for delivery via USPS shipping. WEEKEND ORDERS ship on MONDAY. We are excited to prepare, package, and ship your items! 

Shipping times are calculated to include Monday-Friday orders AND Saturday orders, not including holidays.  If you haven’t received your jewelry of hope within 1 week of ordering, please contact support@fieldandgold.com.

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS SHIPPING FROM?

All items will be shipped from Brandon, Mississippi.

HOW IS THE SHIPPING COST CALCULATED?

Shipping has a flat rate of $4.95. Small business and large company orders may differ.

HOW WILL MY ITEMS BE SHIPPED?

Items are shipped out by USPS.

FREE: $49+ (1-5 days)

Ground Advantage: $4.95 (1-5 days)

Priority: $9.95 (1-3 days)

DO YOU OFFER PICK UP?

Yes, local pickup is located in Brandon, MS and Madison, MS.
Please send us a DM or EMAIL us at support@fieldandgold.com to schedule a 24 hour pickup. 

WHY ISN'T MY ORDER GOING THROUGH?

First, make sure that all of the items that are in your cart are still available on the site. If an item that is in your cart has already sold out or has been removed from the site, the order will not process. You can hit remove to delete those unavailable items from your cart.

If you are receiving an AVS error when trying to check out, that means that the billing information, or CVV number on the back of your card, that you have entered in during check out does not match the billing address that your bank or cardholder has on file for that card.

Be sure to use an up-to-date browser when looking at the site, like Google Chrome.

WHAT IF MY NECKLACE BREAKS?

If your chain breaks within 90 days, send us an image(email support@fieldandgold.com or DM us on social). We will gladly repair the chain or replace it with a new chain. We want you happy and informing us will also help with quality control

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Most definitely. If you don't love your purchase, for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement or a refund.  Please send an email to support@fieldandgold.com with your name, order number, and item you’d like to return.

WHAT DO I DO IF AN ITEM I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible to allow us to resolve the problem quickly. We ask that you email us your order number and a picture of the issue. This will help with quality control and prevent the same situation in the future. As with returns, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery of your order.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO THE SELLER AS UNDELIVERABLE?

Any packages returned to the sellers that are labeled by the shipping carrier as undeliverable will be refunded when returned to the seller. Refunds will be issued to the payment method used for that specific order unless the package is returned after the package is 40 days old.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

YES, you can change your order if you selected the wrong item. Contact us the day the order was placed. Please email support@fieldandgold.com or DM on social so we can amend the order.  Unfortunately, once an order has been submitted, we can NOT cancel the order. Be sure to double and triple-check your items, quantities, and shipping info before hitting submit. Once the item is delivered, you will have the option to return for any reason.

No, all jewelry is Lead-Free and Nickel-Free.
